Draft Order Selection

Try Hard Fantasy Leagues will use ballots to determine the draft order. When possible, the commissioner will prepare and film the ballots being drawn out of a hat.

Balloting rules for draft order selection:

- [ ] All non-playoff teams get one ballot
- [ ] One ballot is awarded to the team with the lowest Max PF (among non-playoff teams)
- [ ] One ballot is awarded to the team with the worst record (among non-playoff teams)
- [ ] One ballot awarded to the winner of the consolidation bracket (7th place)

- Ties for worst record will be broken using the most PA 

Theoretical odds breakdown (7 total ballots):
- [ ] 7th place: 2 ballots (29%)
- [ ] 8th place: 1 (14%)
- [ ] 9th place: 1 (14%
- [ ] 10th place: 3 (worst record & max PF) (43%)
